Jumping Jelly Bean Contest and Book Giveaway

Finally, a contest of skill (well, sort of) rather than luck! (I am the unluckiest person alive when it comes to winning prizes so this is the kind of contest I like). No, the jellybeans don't actually jump, but if you can figure out how many pieces of candy are in the vase pictured above, or have one of the six closest guesses, you will win one of the following six books (click on the picture to read more about them):

The contest will run for the entire month of April.

For your first guess, you need to become a follower of this blog and post your guess in the comments section. (Don't forget to leave your email address so I can contact you if you should win. The email address will be used for this contest ONLY!)

For 3 additional guesses, you can do one or all of the following

1. Tweet the contest on Twitter.
2. Mention it on Facebook.
3. Write about it on your blog.

At the end of the month, I will post the correct number and contact the lucky (I mean skilled) winners. The closest guess will have the first pick of the books and so on, and the sixth closets guess will get whatever book is leftover.
