Small Town Name Finalists

You guys were all more brilliant than I imagined, making it really difficult to choose between all the awesome names you chose. In fact, it was impossible to keep it to the five I originally planned. So I chose the following 10 instead:

Connorsville
Shelter Springs
Treasure Town
Delphinium
Littleton
Marybelle Falls
Spitfire Junction
Leaky Springs
Last Stop
Peculiar

A poll has been posted on the right, so be sure to vote for your favorites (you can choose more than one)! I'll post the winner in two weeks. Thank you, thank you, thank you again for all your fun ideas and help!

Fun Little Contest

Reward: Creative Bragging Rights. :)

My next book takes place in a fictional small town (it's a romantic comedy and the plot is centered around the town). Although I have a name already chosen, I thought it might be fun to go with a different name chosen through a contest, of sorts.

So here's the deal . . .

If you have any creative/fun/interesting/cute/lame small town name ideas, leave a comment listing as many or as few as you want. One week from today, I'll choose my top 5 choices and post a poll on my blog. For the two weeks following that, anyone can vote, and the winning town name will become the official name of the small town in my next book. (Note: the name will also be part of my title as well).

So what do you say?

I'm so excited to see what all you brilliant people come up with.
